Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the organization and accessibility of store stock, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Support the store manager and team in efficient store organization.
  • Organize the dispatch of goods to customers and head office as required.
  • Receive, check, label, and store goods in the warehouse.
  • Take stock and maintain the merchandise management system, liaising with head office.
  • Check and resolve discrepancies in stock records.
  • Provide sales support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but career changers are welcome.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Skills

Organized and structured approach to work. Team player with strong collaboration skills. Interest in high-quality products that combine tradition, craftsmanship, innovation, and functional design. Retail experience or a strong interest in delivering a luxury customer experience.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
