RIMOWA seeks part-time Stockist in Vienna with inventory management experience and German/English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain and ensure accessibility of RIMOWA stock throughout the store
- Support store manager and team in efficient store operations and merchandising
- Receive, verify, label and warehouse incoming merchandise according to established protocols
- Organize and coordinate dispatch of goods to customers and head office as required
- Execute regular stock counts and maintain accurate records in the merchandise management system
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in liaison with head office
- Provide sales support to customers as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or inventory management experience
- Proficiency in German and English language skills
- Strong organizational and structured approach to work
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative working style
- Interest in luxury goods, craftsmanship and innovative design
- Experience in retail or luxury sector is preferred but career changers are welcome
