RIMOWA Vienna seeks part-time Stockist (20 hrs/week) with 3+ years retail experience and fluent German & English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure RIMOWA stock is organised, accessible, and continuously maintained within the store environment
- Support the store manager and team in efficient store operations and logistics
- Receive, verify, label, and appropriately store incoming merchandise in the warehouse
- Organize dispatch of goods to customers and head office as required
- Execute stock inventory counts and maintain accuracy within the merchandise management system
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with head office
- Provide supplementary sales support to the retail team as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and structured working methodology
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach
- Demonstrated interest in luxury products that combine heritage craftsmanship with innovative design
- Experience in or understanding of customer-focused luxury retail environments
