RIMOWA seeks a Stockist in Milan La Rinascente: manage inventory, receiving, labeling and stock control. Permanent full-time role in Milan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the store's RIMOWA inventory is organised, accessible and accurately maintained.
- Receive, inspect, label and store incoming goods in the back‑of‑house warehouse.
- Execute regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies and maintain the merchandise management system in coordination with head office.
- Prepare and organise dispatch of goods to customers or corporate locations when required.
- Provide ad hoc sales floor support and customer service as needed to support store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' relevant experience, preferably in retail, inventory or logistics roles; candidates from other sectors with transferable skills are welcome.
- Fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English.
- Organised, structured and reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a boutique retail team and to perform physically demanding tasks associated with stock handling.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in retail stock, warehouse or inventory control; experience in the luxury sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Completion of secondary education (high school diploma) preferred; vocational training or certifications in logistics/retail operations are a plus.
