RIMOWA seeks a Part-time Stockist in Madrid for 1 month. Luxury retail inventory management role at iconic travel goods maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain organized, accessible, and up-to-date RIMOWA stock to facilitate store operations and drive in-store sales
- Supervise deliveries and coordinate with headquarters for annual stock counts
- Deliver exceptional and unforgettable client experiences, whether for long-time brand ambassadors or first-time customers
- Assist with special client requests and coordinate product repairs in collaboration with the client care department
- Demonstrate team-first mentality through collaborative spirit, embodiment of brand values, and commitment to elevating team morale
