RIMOWA is seeking a Stock Associate in Vienna for a permanent, part-time role of 20 hours per week. The role manages store inventory and merchandise records, supports store organisation and sales, and handles goods receipt and dispatch as needed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Keep the store’s RIMOWA stock organised, accessible and up to date.
- Support the store manager and team in the efficient organisation of the store.
- Organise dispatches of goods to customers and/or head office as required.
- Receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
- Take stock and maintain the merchandise management system in coordination with head office.
- Check and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide sales support as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury sector is welcomed; career changers are also encouraged to apply.
- Organised, structured and a team player.
- Interest in high-quality products combining tradition and craftsmanship with innovation and functional design.
- Retail experience or enjoyment of providing customers with a luxury experience.
- Fluent spoken German and English.
