RIMOWA Stockist (Part-time, 20 hrs/week) in Vienna, Austria – inventory & warehouse support for luxury luggage maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure RIMOWA stock is organised, accessible, and maintained at accurate inventory levels
- Support the store manager and team in efficient store operations and daily logistics
- Receive, check, label, and store merchandise in the warehouse according to RIMOWA standards
- Organise and process dispatch of goods to customers and head office as required
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accuracy in the merchandise management system
- Liaise with head office to resolve inventory discrepancies and reconcile stock records
- Provide sales support to the store team as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or warehouse experience
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and professional)
- Demonstrated organisational and structured work approach
- Team player with strong collaborative abilities
- Interest in luxury products, heritage craftsmanship, and innovative design
