RIMOWA seeks Senior Manager, Brand Media in New York. Lead integrated media campaigns across Americas. $105k–$130k, full-time, hybrid.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of integrated brand media campaigns across OOH, print, paid social, video, display, and in-mall channels
  • Support VP of Marketing and HQ in building yearly regional media strategy, ensuring global alignment with local market adaptation
  • Develop and manage comprehensive media plans and marketing calendars, tracking timelines and budgets
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors, overseeing media buying and negotiating premium placements that reinforce brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with headquarters on media plan validation, creative asset review, and daily media operations
  • Establish and launch in-house paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn platforms
  • Partner with VP of Marketing to coordinate, resize, and deliver on-brand marketing and media creative assets aligned with global guidelines
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing team on campaign planning and full-funnel alignment
  • Utilize campaign performance and brand metrics to inform macro media strategy across all channels
  • Monitor campaign performance continuously for optimization and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key media partners to evaluate emerging media practices and innovations
  • Manage relationships with franchise market partners

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of brand media and marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proven track record developing, launching, and optimizing integrated media strategies across diverse channels (OOH, print, paid social, video, display)
  • Demonstrated expertise managing media agencies and vendors, overseeing media buying and securing premium placements
  • Proficiency establishing and launching paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Strong experience coordinating and delivering creative assets and campaign copy with meticulous attention to brand guidelines
  • Experience executing tailored marketing strategies for specific retail locations, collaborating with mall marketing, visual merchandising, and CRM teams
  • Advanced analytical capabilities including comfort with media metrics such as impressions and CPM
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to create impactful presentations and confident public speaking
