RIMOWA seeks a Senior Collaborations & Special Projects Manager in Paris to lead global partnerships and special initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global collaborations strategy: identify, evaluate and secure strategic creative and commercial partners to extend brand reach and relevance.
- Lead international marketing and communications for collaboration programmes, encompassing PR, creative direction, content, and event activations.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, design, commercial and retail teams to ensure coherent go-to-market plans and product integration.
- Manage special projects end-to-end, including scoping, budgeting, timeline management, vendor coordination and delivery against quality standards.
- Measure and analyse collaboration performance; iterate strategies to maximise commercial and cultural impact.
- Track cultural, creative and market trends to inform partnership opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in a managerial role within partnerships, product, creative or related teams, with demonstrable ownership of collaboration programmes.
- Portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of the global cultural landscape, brand dynamics and executed partnerships.
- Fluent English; comfortable operating in international, multicultural environments.
- Proactive, collaborative leader with exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong sensibility for art, design and fashion; ability to translate cultural insight into strategic partnerships.

Experience
Proven track record of at least seven years leading partnerships or special projects within luxury, fashion, creative or cultural organisations; experience managing global, cross-disciplinary teams and full project lifecycles from concept to delivery is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Arts Management or a related discipline; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
