Role & Responsibilities

• Reports to the Store Manager and ensures assigned duties are performed accurately.
• Monitors incoming shipments and promptly follows up on discrepancies.
• Assists with year-end inventory preparation and counts.
• Selects appropriate shipping methods and prepares related paperwork.
• Maintains neat, clean and orderly stock areas in line with company standards.
• Completes basic luggage repairs using small hand tools.
• Counts boxes and checks them against bills of lading; immediately reports discrepancies, shortages or damage.
• Supports the sales floor with product placement and stock recovery.
• Completes transfer forms.
• Receives merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Keeps cash wraps stocked with operational supplies in line with store-readiness standards.
• Tracks and places all paid goods accurately.
• Makes deliveries as requested.
• Assists Client Advisors on the sales floor as needed.
• Uses the R-client tool to contact clients about repairs or recommend products when appropriate.
• Takes on projects as required by management or business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented and task-focused.
• Professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
• Able to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to repeatedly lift large boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
