Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high‑calibre, client‑facing service at the store entrance and throughout the shopping experience, embodying RIMOWA’s luxury standards.
- Ensure a welcoming and impeccably presented store environment that prioritizes client comfort.
- Support after‑sales activities including client enquiries, basic service coordination and follow‑up under store procedures.
- Assist with stockroom operations, receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining inventory organisation.
- Represent the Maison professionally at all times and support the store team with ad hoc operational tasks on Saturdays.
Qualifications
- Fluent German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Customer‑centric attitude with an emphasis on delivering exceptional luxury service.
- Availability to work on Saturdays (regular weekend availability required).
- Previous experience in luxury retail preferred but not mandatory; new starters are welcome.
