RIMOWA Sales Supervisor in Vancouver, BC – lead boutique sales team and drive revenue through consultative selling and client relationship management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective product knowledge, consultative selling, and customer service delivery
  • Maintain an active client book, conduct regular customer follow-ups, and meet monthly clienteling sales objectives
  • Mentor and support sales team members in partnership with store management, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives and KPI management
  • Provide superior customer service and process customer repair requests in compliance with company protocols
  • Ensure compliance with all store operational procedures including opening and closing guidelines, inventory management, and shipping/receiving protocols
  • Maintain facility presentation, organization, and cleanliness standards
  • Demonstrate proficiency in company computer systems and point-of-sale platforms

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly personal sales goals
  • Demonstrated clienteling and customer relationship development experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
