Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through expert product knowledge and superior selling skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, meeting monthly clienteling sales goals.
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives and training efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead sales staff in collaboration with store management.
  • Process customer repairs and ensure adherence to all store operational procedures.
  • Maintain facility presentation and organization, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Exhibit proficiency in company computer programs and operational systems.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Skills

Strong selling skills with a proven ability to meet sales goals Excellent clienteling and customer development abilities Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency in relevant computer programs Ability to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
