Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through comprehensive product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Maintain and utilize a client book to follow up with clients and meet clienteling sales goals.
  • Assist the Boutique Manager with the execution of store marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to training efforts and KPI management for the sales team.
  • Provide superior customer service and assist sales staff in partnership with store management.
  • Process customer repairs as requested.
  • Adhere to all store operational procedures, including opening and closing guidelines, inventory display, and shipping/receiving policies.
  • Ensure facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
  • Exhibit proficiency in company-specific computer programs.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Detail-oriented and task-focused.
  • Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift large boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly.

Selling skills with the ability to meet personal sales goals. Strong clienteling and customer development skills. Customer focus and dedication to meeting customer expectations. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers. Ability to learn and effectively convey product information.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $22/hr - $27/hr
