RIMOWA Sales Supervisor in Miami, Florida—lead store sales, manage client relationships, and drive team performance at our Bal Harbour boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through in-depth product knowledge and consultative selling techniques
  • Maintain and develop a personal client book with regular follow-up and clienteling engagement to meet monthly sales goals
  • Provide superior customer service and lead sales staff in partnership with store management
  • Assist the Boutique Manager with execution of store marketing initiatives and promotional activities
  • Support training efforts and KPI management for the sales team
  • Process customer repairs and service requests in accordance with company procedures
  • Ensure adherence to all store operational procedures including opening and closing guidelines, inventory display standards, and shipping/receiving policies
  • Maintain facility presentation, organization, and cleanliness standards
  • Demonstrate proficiency in company computer systems and point-of-sale software

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales or luxury retail experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Strong clienteling and customer relationship management skills
  • Detail-oriented and task-focused approach to work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Proficiency with computer systems and retail management software
  • Physical capability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
