RIMOWA Sales Supervisor position in Honolulu, Hawaii—lead sales team, drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer service in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by leveraging in-depth product knowledge and refined customer service skills
- Maintain and actively cultivate client book with regular follow-up activities to meet monthly clienteling sales objectives
- Assist Boutique Manager with execution and coordination of store marketing initiatives
- Train and mentor sales team members while managing key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Provide superior customer service and lead sales staff in partnership with store management
- Process customer repair requests and coordinate service fulfillment
- Ensure strict adherence to all store operational procedures including opening/closing protocols, inventory presentation standards, and shipping/receiving policies
- Maintain facility cleanliness, visual presentation, and organizational standards throughout the boutique
- Demonstrate proficiency with all company computer systems and point-of-sale platforms
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of retail or sales supervisory experience
- Detail-oriented and task-focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a positive, collaborative attitude
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to lift and carry boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
