Role & Responsibilities
- Drive monthly and annual sales by leveraging advanced selling techniques and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Maintain and grow a curated client book through proactive clienteling and regular follow-up to meet clienteling and personal sales targets.
- Support the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives and visual merchandising standards.
- Coach, assist and lead sales staff; contribute to training programmes and KPI monitoring to optimise team performance.
- Deliver exemplary customer service and oversee the processing of customer repairs as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to store operational procedures, including opening/closing routines, inventory presentation, shipping/receiving and facility upkeep.
- Operate company computer systems and point-of-sale technology with proficiency to support sales and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience, with previous supervisory or team-lead responsibility preferred.
- Demonstrated selling ability with a track record of meeting monthly sales goals.
- Strong clienteling and customer development aptitude; ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; able to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within premium or luxury retail, including demonstrated experience in sales generation and people coaching or supervisory duties.
