RIMOWA Sales Supervisor in Beverly Hills, CA — full-time boutique role leading sales, clienteling and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive monthly and annual sales performance by executing consultative luxury sales techniques and sustaining up-to-date product expertise.
- Maintain and grow a personal client book; conduct proactive clienteling and follow-up to meet monthly clienteling targets.
- Support the Boutique Manager in executing local store marketing initiatives and in-store events.
- Coach, train and mentor sales advisors; monitor team KPIs and contribute to performance management.
- Deliver exemplary customer service; assist with complex client interactions and lead the sales floor in partnership with store management.
- Manage customer repair requests and ensure accurate service documentation and follow-through.
- Ensure compliance with all store operational procedures including opening/closing, inventory handling, merchandising and shipping/receiving policies.
- Maintain boutique presentation, facility standards and overall organization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in company computer systems and retail technologies used for daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury goods, with demonstrated supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.
- Proven ability to meet personal sales targets and to develop client relationships through effective clienteling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional presentation and customer-facing demeanour.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, positive attitude and collaborative team orientation.
- Availability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift and carry boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail sales experience with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets; prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a luxury retail environment strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
