Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service while adhering to operational procedures and brand values
- Anticipate and understand client needs, offering expert guidance on luxury luggage and leather goods
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to boutique revenue growth through omnichannel services
- Develop and maintain client relationships, managing CRM database to drive clientele loyalty
- Ensure product expertise and maintain current knowledge of the luxury travel and leather goods market
- Oversee merchandise presentation and maintain point-of-sale standards
- Support inventory management and participate in stock-taking exercises
- Facilitate after-sales service coordination with the Client Care Center
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification or equivalent professional background
- Significant experience in a luxury retail or upscale environment
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages a distinct advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in an international setting
