RIMOWA Sales Advisor position in Paris, France. Part-time luxury retail role in prestigious boutiques offering brand experience and customer service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service whilst adhering to operational procedures and brand standards
- Embody RIMOWA brand values and create a unique customer experience
- Achieve sales objectives and contribute to boutique revenue growth through omnichannel services
- Anticipate and understand customer needs, providing tailored guidance and product expertise
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of luxury luggage and leather goods markets
- Build customer loyalty and expand the CRM database
- Ensure proper merchandising standards and maintain point-of-sale presentation
- Prepare for and participate in inventory management
- Assist with after-sales service coordination with the Client Care Center
Qualifications
- Strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel or luxury leather goods sector
- First-hand experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment
- Fluency in French and English
- Comfort with digital tools and adaptability to new working methods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international setting
