RIMOWA, the flagship German maison of LVMH, seeks a Mandarin-speaking Sales Advisor to join one of its Paris boutiques on a full-time permanent basis. As a brand ambassador, the candidate will deliver exceptional client service while embodying RIMOWA's heritage of functional luxury travel essentials, driving sales targets through omnichannel services, and nurturing the CRM database with a focus on the luxury luggage and leather goods market.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service in line with RIMOWA's operational standards and brand values
• Embody RIMOWA's heritage and ensure a unique client experience across all interactions
• Achieve individual sales objectives and contribute to the boutique's revenue targets using available omnichannel services
• Anticipate and understand client needs, offering expert guidance and recommendations
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and market knowledge within luxury luggage and leather goods
• Develop and nurture the CRM database to build long-term client loyalty
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment reflects brand excellence
• Coordinate customer service requests and manage repairs in collaboration with the Client Care Center

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (native or near-native level)
• Professional fluency in French and English
• Proven experience in luxury or high-end retail environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in international contexts
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems
• Expertise in luxury luggage, leather goods, and travel categories
• Knowledge of omnichannel retail practices and customer relationship management

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a luxury or high-end retail environment is required. Ideally, the candidate brings significant exposure to the travel, luggage, or leather goods sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in a relevant field, with demonstrated interest in the travel industry, luxury goods, or luxury retail.
