RIMOWA seeks part-time Sales Advisor in Brussels—luxury luggage retail role with 3+ years high-end experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to operational procedures and brand values
- Understand and anticipate client needs, offering expert guidance and product recommendations
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through omnichannel services
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise in luxury luggage and leather goods manufacturing
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through CRM database development and customer care coordination
- Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of merchandising standards and point-of-sale presentation
- Prepare for and participate in inventory management activities
- Contribute to after-sales service in collaboration with the Client Care Center
- Act as a brand ambassador embodying RIMOWA's ethos of excellence, sustainability, and innovation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of significant experience in luxury or high-end retail environment
- Formal higher education qualification
- Demonstrated passion for RIMOWA and the travel and/or leather goods sector
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills in an international context
- Proficiency with digital tools and comfort with contemporary work methodologies
- Fluent English and French (additional languages are valued
