RIMOWA seeks a Sales Advisor in Brussels, Belgium — full-time permanent role delivering luxury retail service and omnichannel sales in the RIMOWA boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience and adhere to operational procedures.
  • Embody RIMOWA’s brand values in daily client interactions and guarantee a distinctive boutique experience.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, leveraging omnichannel services to maximise revenue.
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, advise on product selection and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Provide authoritative product expertise on luxury luggage and leather goods, including materials and manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain customer loyalty while developing and growing the CRM database.
  • Implement merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is maintained to brand presentation guidelines.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in stock inventories.
  • Support after‑sales service operations in coordination with the Client Care Center.

Qualifications

  • Higher education diploma (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-end or luxury retail.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required; additional languages are an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming demeanour suited to an international clientele.
  • Comfortable with digital working methods and competent using CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, pragmatic creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
