RIMOWA seeks a Retail Training Intern in Paris for a six-month internship supporting training programs and retail excellence initiatives within the LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and digital learning modules
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions and workshops
- Support training project planning, timeline management, and administrative coordination
- Provide data export, follow-up communications, and Q&A management support to trainers
- Collect, organize, and synthesize feedback from training sessions to inform continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate training records and assist in preparing reports for management review
- Manage and update training image libraries and digital asset repositories
- Conduct market monitoring and competitor benchmarking to support Retail Excellence initiatives
- Contribute to training programs that enhance the delivery of exceptional client experiences
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Retail, Learning & Development, Communication, Marketing, Business, or Creative Design
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Solid interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
