RIMOWA Paris — Retail Training Intern (6-month internship) supporting training content, logistics and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development of training materials, facilitator guides and e-learning modules for retail teams.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics and on-site preparation for training sessions, workshops and seminars.
- Assist trainers with data exports, follow-up communications, Q&A management and post-session administration.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse participant feedback to inform continuous improvement of learning programs.
- Maintain accurate training records and assist in preparing reports for management review.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Training & Development team.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor reviews to benchmark training content and retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Retail, Learning & Development, Business, Creative Design or related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Entry-level. No prior professional experience required; suitable for a candidate currently pursuing academic studies and seeking a six-month internship in retail learning and development.

Currently pursuing a degree in Retail, Learning & Development, Business, Creative Design or a related field.
