RIMOWA Paris seeks a Retail Training Assistant intern for a 6-month internship, starting July 2026. Support training delivery and content development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules aligned with retail strategy
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars across retail locations
- Support trainers with data export, follow-up communications, and Q&A management
- Collect, organize, and analyze feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate training records and assist in preparing reports for management review
- Perform administrative support tasks for the Training & Development team
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis relevant to retail training trends
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Retail, Learning & Development, Business, or Creative Design
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner with no prior professional experience required. Candidates with prior exposure to retail, training delivery, or learning management systems are preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Retail, Learning & Development, Business, or Creative Design. Secondary education minimum; tertiary education in progress.
