RIMOWA Retail Support Associate position in Vancouver, Canada—full-time, CAD $19–$22/hour, supporting store operations and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to Store Manager and ensure accurate completion of all assigned work duties
- Monitor and process incoming shipments, promptly identifying and reporting discrepancies, shortages, or damage
- Assist with year-end inventory counts and preparation procedures
- Determine appropriate shipping methods and prepare requisite documentation
- Maintain stock areas in a clean, orderly, and organized state according to company standards
- Perform basic luggage repairs using hand tools as required
- Execute box counts and reconcile against bills of lading, escalating any variances immediately
- Support selling floor team with product placement, stock recovery, and merchandising assistance
- Complete transfer forms and process merchandise onto the sales floor
- Ensure cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies in accordance with store readiness standards
- Track and accurately place all paid goods
- Execute deliveries as requested by management
- Assist Client Advisors on the sales floor as needed
- Utilize the R-client tool to engage with clients regarding repairs and product recommendations
- Execute additional projects as directed by management or business requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or logistics experience
- Detail-oriented with strong task management capabilities
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
- Team player mentality with collaborative approach
- Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 25 pounds repeatedly
