Join RIMOWA in Vancouver, Canada as a Retail Support Associate. This full-time role involves assisting the store team in operational duties to enhance productivity and performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Store Manager to ensure accurate performance of work duties.
- Monitor shipment flow and promptly follow up on discrepancies.
- Assist with year-end inventory counts, including preparation.
- Determine appropriate shipping methods and prepare relevant paperwork.
- Maintain neat, clean, and orderly stock areas according to company standards.
- Complete basic luggage repairs using small hand tools.
- Perform box counts and validate against bills of lading, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with product placement and stock recovery on the selling floor.
- Complete transfer forms and receive merchandise onto the selling floor.
- Ensure cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies.
- Accurately track and place all paid goods.
- Perform deliveries as requested.
- Assist client advisors on the sales floor as needed.
- Utilize the R-client tool to connect with clients regarding repairs or propose new products.
- Handle new projects as required by management or business needs.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Compensation
Pay range: CAD $19/hr to $21/hr.
