RIMOWA Retail Support Associate in San Francisco—stock, inventory, and operations support role in luxury travel goods retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to Store Manager and ensure accurate completion of assigned operational duties
- Monitor shipment flow and follow up on discrepancies; conduct box counts against bills of lading and report shortages or damage immediately
- Assist with year-end inventory counts, including preparation and reconciliation
- Determine appropriate shipping methods and prepare all relevant documentation
- Maintain stock areas to company standards—ensuring neat, clean, and orderly conditions
- Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
- Receive merchandise onto the selling floor and ensure accurate tracking and placement of paid goods
- Assist the selling floor with product placement and stock recovery
- Complete transfer forms and handle routine administrative documentation
- Ensure cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies per store readiness requirements
- Utilize the R-client tool to connect with clients regarding repairs and product proposals
- Perform deliveries as requested
- Support client advisors on the sales floor as needed
- Execute additional projects as directed by management or business needs

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Physical capability to repeatedly lift boxes up to 25 lbs
