RIMOWA Munich seeks temporary retail support for Saturdays. Seasonal role welcoming clients and supporting store operations with German and English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival at the store
- Maintain client comfort and satisfaction throughout their time in the luxury retail environment
- Provide organizational and administrative support to the store team across after-sales service, stockroom operations, and delivery coordination
- Represent RIMOWA with excellence in accordance with luxury brand standards
- Assist with merchandising and stock management as needed
- Support the team across all in-store functions requiring additional capacity
