RIMOWA Retail Support Associate in Las Vegas, Nevada. Full-time on-site role supporting store operations and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to Store Manager and ensure accurate completion of all assigned work duties
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, track discrepancies, and facilitate prompt resolution of inventory issues
- Assist with year-end inventory counts and prepare stock areas according to company standards
- Perform box counts, validate against bills of lading, and report shortages or damages immediately
- Execute basic luggage repairs using hand tools and maintain equipment in operational condition
- Receive merchandise onto the selling floor and ensure accurate product placement and stock recovery
- Maintain cash wraps fully stocked with operational supplies to support store readiness
- Complete transfer forms and prepare shipping documentation with appropriate methods and paperwork
- Utilize the R-client tool to engage with clients regarding repairs and product proposals
- Assist client advisors on the sales floor and perform deliveries as requested
- Ensure neat, clean, and orderly stock areas per company standards
- Execute new projects and respond to management directives as required by business needs

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift large boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly

Experience
