RIMOWA Retail Support Associate in Honolulu, Hawaii—assist store operations, manage inventory, and support the sales floor. Full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to Store Manager and ensure accurate completion of all assigned work duties
- Monitor the flow of all shipments and promptly address discrepancies with vendors and logistics
- Assist with year-end inventory counts, including preparation and documentation
- Determine appropriate shipping methods and prepare all relevant paperwork and transfer forms
- Maintain neat, clean, and orderly stock areas per company standards
- Complete basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
- Perform box counts and validate against bills of lading, reporting discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately
- Assist the selling floor with product placement and stock recovery
- Receive merchandise onto the selling floor and ensure accurate tracking and placement of all paid goods
- Maintain full stock of operational supplies at cash wraps per store readiness standards
- Perform deliveries as requested by management
- Assist client advisors on the sales floor as needed
- Utilize the R-Client tool to connect with clients regarding repairs or propose new products when appropriate
- Execute any new projects required by the management team or business need
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Detail-oriented and task-focused mindset
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and positive attitude
- Team player with collaborative work ethic
- Physical capability to lift large boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, holidays, and weekends

Experience
Beginner-level experience in retail or warehouse operations; prior exposure to inventory management or stock handling is advantageous but not required.
