RIMOWA Hamburg seeks Retail Support Associate for Saturday shifts; luxury retail role offering benefits and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients upon arrival and ensure a comfortable retail environment befitting the luxury sector
- Provide comprehensive support across store operations, including point-of-sale transactions, merchandising, and client interaction
- Manage After Sales Service inquiries and coordinate order fulfillment and delivery coordination
- Maintain stockroom organization and assist with inventory management during peak seasonal periods
- Represent RIMOWA brand values through exemplary customer service and professional conduct
- Support the store team with administrative tasks and operational requirements as needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English; additional language proficiency preferred
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and commitment to luxury retail standards

- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal communication skills
