RIMOWA Retail Support Associate in Dallas, TX. Full-time store operations role assisting with inventory, merchandise, and retail support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Store Manager and ensure all assigned work duties are completed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor the flow of incoming shipments and follow up promptly on any discrepancies, shortages, or damages
- Assist with year-end inventory counts, including preparation and validation of stock against bills of lading
- Determine appropriate shipping methods and prepare all relevant documentation and transfer forms
- Maintain all stock areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition according to company standards
- Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools as needed
- Receive merchandise onto the selling floor and ensure accurate tracking and placement of all paid goods
- Assist the sales floor with product placement, stock recovery, and visual merchandising support
- Keep cash wraps fully stocked with operational supplies to maintain store readiness
- Perform deliveries to clients and other locations as requested by management
- Support client advisors on the sales floor and utilize the R-client tool to engage clients regarding repairs or new product offerings
- Execute any additional projects as required by the management team or business needs
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift large boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
- Detail-oriented and task-focused approach to work
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a positive, collaborative attitude
