RIMOWA seeks a Retail Support Associate for its South Coast Plaza location in Costa Mesa, California. This full-time position assists the store team across all operational duties to drive store productivity and performance, with responsibilities spanning inventory management, shipment coordination, basic repair work, and sales floor support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to Store Manager ensuring accurate completion of all assigned work duties
- Monitor shipment flow and promptly follow up on any discrepancies
- Assist with year-end inventory counts, including preparation and execution
- Determine appropriate shipping methods and prepare all relevant documentation
- Maintain stock areas in a neat, clean, and orderly condition per company standards
- Perform basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
- Execute box counts and validate against bills of lading, reporting shortages or damages immediately
- Support the selling floor with product placement and stock recovery
- Complete transfer forms and receive merchandise onto the selling floor
- Ensure cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies for store readiness
- Track and place all paid goods with accuracy
- Execute deliveries as requested by management
- Provide sales floor assistance to client advisors as needed
- Utilize the R-client tool to engage with clients regarding repairs or product recommendations
- Handle ad-hoc projects as directed by management or business requirements
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated detail-oriented and task-focused work approach
- Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and positive attitude

- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to lift large boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly
