Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store team and report to the Store Manager to ensure accurate completion of operational tasks.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments; perform box counts and validate against bills of lading, escalating discrepancies, shortages or damages immediately.
- Receive merchandise and perform transfers, ensuring accurate tracking and placement of paid goods on the selling floor.
- Assist with year‑end inventory counts and prepare stock areas to company standards; perform regular stock recovery and product placement on the sales floor.
- Determine and prepare appropriate shipping methods and related documentation; perform occasional store deliveries as requested.
- Complete basic luggage repairs using small hand tools and coordinate client communications for repairs via the R-client tool.
- Ensure cash wraps and point-of-sale areas are stocked with operational supplies and maintain orderly stockrooms.
- Support client advisors on the sales floor and undertake ad hoc projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational discipline and task focus.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem‑solving aptitude, a positive attitude and demonstrable team‑player mindset.
- Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and handle boxes up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
