RIMOWA is seeking a part-time, temporary Retail Support Assistant for Saturday shifts in Frankfurt. The role provides flexible store-team support, including welcoming clients, supporting after-sales service, stockroom organization and deliveries, while delivering a luxury client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide additional support for tasks required by the store team.
- Welcome clients at the store entrance.
- Ensure clients feel comfortable in the store environment.
- Provide organizational support for after-sales service, the stockroom and deliveries.
- Represent RIMOWA in keeping with its luxury positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury sector is welcomed, and applicants new to the team are also encouraged to apply.
- Fluent German and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- A strong focus on customer experience.
