RIMOWA Retail Supervisor — Antwerp. Lead store operations, coach a retail team and deliver exceptional client experiences at RIMOWA in Antwerp.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in partnership with the Store Manager and assume leadership responsibilities in the manager’s absence.
- Support daily store operations including task delegation, cashiering, staff scheduling and inventory control.
- Analyse product and consumer trends to inform sales strategies and drive store growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and cultivate long-term relationships to foster brand loyalty.
- Coordinate special client requests and small repairs with the client care department.
- Maintain high visual and merchandising standards and support the team to achieve commercial objectives.
- Act as a collaborative team member who models RIMOWA values, mentors colleagues and contributes to a positive store culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in retail, preferably within luxury goods or related sectors.
- Proven experience in people management with a track record of developing team performance.
- Fluent in Dutch (nl) and English (en); additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and clienteling skills, with the ability to build enduring customer relationships.
- Keen visual sensibility and attention to merchandising details.
- Comfortable handling cashiering tasks and basic inventory management procedures.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience, including demonstrable responsibility for team supervision or leadership in a customer-facing environment, ideally within luxury fashion or travel accessories.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
