RIMOWA in Paris seeks a Retail Sales Advisor (full-time CDI) to deliver luxury client experiences across its Paris boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service in accordance with RIMOWA operational procedures and brand standards.
- Represent and embody RIMOWA’s brand values to ensure a distinctive, premium customer experience in-store.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by leveraging omnichannel services and active client engagement.
- Identify and anticipate customer needs, advise on product selection and provide expert product knowledge for luggage and leather goods.
- Build and maintain client relationships; develop and enrich the CRM database through targeted follow-up and prospecting.
- Ensure correct implementation of merchandising directives and maintain high presentation standards of the boutique.
- Participate in stock counts and inventory procedures; support loss-prevention practices.
- Coordinate after-sales service requests in liaison with the Client Care Center.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury or high-end retail sales.
- Higher education diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience achieving sales targets in a boutique environment.
- Fluent French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills: warm, welcoming and culturally fluent in an international retail setting.
- Comfortable with digital tools and omnichannel retail processes.
- Solid product knowledge or strong interest in travel goods, luggage and leather accessories.

Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or in a client-facing sales role within an upscale environment.
Education
Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience.
