RIMOWA — Paris: Retail Performance & Operations Intern (6‑month internship starting July 2026) supporting global retail analytics and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse RIMOWA’s retail commercial performance across stores and markets, providing actionable insights.
- Build, maintain and distribute KPI dashboards and weekly/monthly retail performance reports.
- Define and track key business metrics (sales, productivity, service indicators, conversion rates) and deliver ad‑hoc analyses to support management decisions.
- Liaise with central teams (Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E‑commerce, IT, Finance) and regional offices to gather data and coordinate responses to ad‑hoc topics.
- Support collateral management for boutiques and coordinate operational flow initiatives (e.g., in‑store music, facility touchpoints) to optimise client experience.
- Contribute to the development of guidelines and retail best practices to ensure consistency across the store network.
- Support the monitoring and roll‑out of retail operations projects in partnership with HQ and regional teams.
Qualifications
- Higher education at master’s level (BAC+5) — gap year or final‑year internship from an engineering or business school.
- Strong analytical aptitude with proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or comparable data visualisation tools).
- Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury retail operations and client experience.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are appreciated.
- Previous internship experience in data, retail, consulting or the luxury sector is an advantage.
