Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze RIMOWA's retail performance across stores, regions, and markets, identifying key trends, risks, and business opportunities
• Build, update, and enhance weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Contribute to the definition and tracking of key business KPIs, including sales, productivity, conversion, traffic, and average transaction value
• Provide ad hoc analyses and reporting to support business reviews and management strategic planning
• Work closely with central teams (Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, IT, Finance) and regional teams on performance-related initiatives
• Support the improvement of reporting processes, dashboard reliability, and overall data quality

Qualifications

• Enrolled in gap year or final year of higher education (BAC+5 level) at a business school, engineering school, or quantitative-focused university
• Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate figures into actionable business insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is highly valued
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in retail performance analytics and business intelligence within a luxury environment
• Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Prior internship experience in analytics, retail, consulting, finance, business intelligence, or the luxury sector is advantageous

Experience

Entry-level; candidate should be in final year or gap year of higher education with strong quantitative background. Prior internship experience in analytics, retail, consulting, finance, or luxury retail is advantageous but not required.

Education

Higher education degree (BAC+5 level) in progress or completed, from a business school, engineering school, or university with strong quantitative focus (mathematics, statistics, business analytics, data science, or similar discipline).
