RIMOWA Retail Operations Intern in New York – Full-time luxury retail internship with hands-on experience in store operations and leadership mentorship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive insights into daily operations across RIMOWA's retail ecosystem, focusing on optimizing processes for luxury retail and exceptional service delivery
- Support the planning and execution of key retail operations initiatives, including in-store activations, process improvements, and projects aimed at enhancing the overall client journey and operational efficiency
- Assist with refined day-to-day tasks to ensure stores operate with impeccable precision and seamless client experience
- Learn to interpret sales data and understand how performance metrics inform strategic business decisions and elevate brand success
- Interact regularly with RIMOWA store leaders to gain invaluable perspectives into their roles, responsibilities, and leadership philosophies
