Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Operations Manager Europe in daily operational processes and serve as primary point of contact for stores on operations topics.
- Maintain weekly controls on cycle counts, discounts and negative stock; perform daily follow-up where required.
- Execute monthly reconciliations for loans, special movements and scrapping certificates.
- Coordinate and support operational activities related to new store openings, seasonal reopenings and relocations in the SCEUR region.
- Assist stores with daily operational needs (uniforms, stationery, IT equipment) and support the Retail Ops coordinator on ad hoc tasks.
- Contribute to the development and roll-out of standardized retail procedures and tools in support of the Global Retail Operations team.
- Participate in store projects, providing analytical support and ensuring timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or university degree (e.g. bachelor) in a business-related field.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; French, Spanish and Italian are advantageous.
- Strong organisational, time-management and project coordination abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer-focused communication skills; able to adapt style for regional managers, store teams and operational partners.

Entry-level internship. Familiarity with retail operations concepts is advantageous; previous internships or exposure to store operations, inventory control or retail projects is a plus.
