RIMOWA in Paris seeks a Retail Operations Coordinator (EMEA) to support store operations, IT and regional projects across Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as primary operations contact for EMEA stores, supporting the Retail Operations Manager Europe on regional projects and day-to-day operational queries.
  • Manage and reconcile weekly till closings and sales reports, and control monthly sales restrictions, credit notes and payment limits across the network.
  • Coordinate promotional collateral and shopping bag campaigns (planning, inventory, dispatch and follow-up).
  • Oversee quarterly collateral distribution and participate in the annual inventory campaign.
  • Serve as liaison between store teams and IT: follow up tickets, support issue resolution and drive adoption of omnichannel tools through training and reporting.
  • Administer vendor and supplier relationships (last-mile delivery, F&B, cleaning, common suppliers such as STIF, HeardIS, SmartImpulse) including standards, negotiation and service-level follow up.
  • Maintain and enforce network guidelines (uniforms & grooming, F&B standards), ensure consistent internal communications and timely completion of Simplifield campaigns and checklists.
  • Manage procurement / purchasing workflows: create PO and follow up receptions and invoices via ESKER/YOOZ.
  • Maintain store listings and assets in YEXT (opening hours, images, service information) and ensure consistency with in-store data.
  • Administer workforce planning in Skello: onboarding of new hires, archiving leavers and monitoring clock-in/clock-out and schedules.
  • Implement and monitor health & safety requirements in stores: supply PPE and documentation, update guidelines with HR and client care, run yearly risk assessments and maintain safety registers.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for store teams and identify training needs in coordination with HR and safety management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in retail operations or related store-support roles (experience within multi-store or regional retail networks preferred).
  • Demonstrated project management, time management and strong organizational skills with the ability to run multiple concurrent projects autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to adapt messaging for regional managers, store managers and operational teams.
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail; commitment to brand standards and operational excellence.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe as required.

Experience

Minimum five years of progressive experience in retail operations, store support or a regional retail role. Experience supporting multi-market store networks, coordinating IT/omnichannel projects and managing supplier relationships across Europe is strongly preferred.

Education

High school degree or bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
