Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and analyze mechanical faults and damage across diverse luggage materials and constructions
- Execute precise repair operations on luggage components and structural elements using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Maintain inventory and optimize use of replacement parts and repair materials
- Liaise with after-sales reception staff to prioritize repair workflows and address customer service concerns
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards while maintaining efficient processing timelines
Qualifications
- Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) or technical/vocational qualification
