Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Head Office and Industrial Functions (Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, R&D, Innovation) from specialist to leadership level
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and tailored candidate journeys
• Create and publish job postings, oversee candidate screening and interview coordination, and maintain ongoing communication with candidates
• Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted recruitment channels
• Build and maintain sustainable talent pools for future organizational needs and support internal mobility across the LVMH Group
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners as an equal collaborator and trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
• Deliver a professional, respectful, and consistent candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints
• Counsel hiring managers and business units on selection processes with strong acumen for talent assessment, role requirements, and team dynamics
• Exercise diplomatic and clear stakeholder management in a dynamic environment with competing expectations and priorities
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for technical, operational, and specialized roles aligned with market conditions
• Collaborate with external recruitment partners and agencies on hard-to-fill or highly specialized search mandates
• Identify opportunities to enhance and structure recruitment processes, introducing KPI-based approaches for improved transparency
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns focused on attracting talent in industrial and technical sectors

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or comparable field
• Minimum 3 years of professional recruiting experience
• Proven expertise in recruiting for industrial functions, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, supply chain, research & development, or innovation roles
• Strong passion for talent acquisition and genuine empathy for people-centered recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diplomatic and professional demeanor
• Self-directed and structured working style with high ownership mentality
• Fluent in German and English with ability to communicate confidently with diverse stakeholders across organizational levels
• Pragmatic mindset, collaborative spirit, and enthusiasm for dynamic environments
• Commitment to process improvement and bringing structure to initiatives without losing sight of the human element

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally with focus on industrial functions, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, supply chain, research & development, or innovation sectors.

Education

Completed university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or comparable field.
