RIMOWA Paris hiring Project & Performance Manager to lead strategic Client Care initiatives, optimize processes, and drive regional performance metrics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and actively manage all strategic and IT projects within the Client Care roadmap, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
  • Allocate resources, manage project phases, monitor progress against milestones, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Establish effective cross-functional communication with regular project updates and proactive issue resolution
  • Define, monitor, and manage project budgets while tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives, balancing quick wins with long-term optimization projects
  • Monitor, analyse, and challenge key performance indicators across regions including NPS, repair lead times, and repair productivity
  • Coordinate with regional teams to challenge and consolidate P&L statements with monthly financial follow-up
  • Identify performance gaps and bottlenecks through in-depth data analysis to uncover operational optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop actionable improvement plans and communicate complex topics in simplified formats

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, and structured problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated priority management
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills; Power BI experience is advantageous
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated collaborative team player orientation
