RIMOWA in Paris seeks a Project and Performance Manager to lead Client Care projects, process improvements and performance analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end projects within the Global Client Care roadmap, including strategic and IT initiatives: define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource plans.
- Manage project teams, allocate resources, monitor progress, control milestones and implement risk‑mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Own project budgeting: establish budgets, monitor expenses, track costs and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, proposing solutions and implementing both quick wins and longer‑term operational projects.
- Monitor, analyse and challenge performance metrics (NPS, lead time to repair, repair productivity and other KPIs) across regions and channels.
- Coordinate P&L consolidation with regional teams and finance, ensuring monthly follow‑up and actionable variance analysis.
- Perform in‑depth data analysis to surface operational insights and inform prioritisation of improvement initiatives.
- Ensure clear stakeholder communication and reporting, delivering regular project updates and managing expectations across IT, Retail, Ecommerce, CRM, Finance, Product and regional teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in project management, ideally on cross‑functional and IT projects.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience in KPI monitoring, data analysis and performance challenge.
- Proven budgeting experience and familiarity with P&L consolidation and monthly financial follow‑up.
- Excellent communicator and team player with the ability to simplify and present complex topics to senior stakeholders.
- Robust problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; calm under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple functions and regions.

At least 5 years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably within customer service, operations or supply‑chain environments; demonstrable background managing cross‑functional and IT projects, driving process improvement and delivering measurable performance gains.
Education
