RIMOWA in Paris is hiring a Project and Performance Manager to lead Client Care projects and performance improvement (full‑time, on‑site).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end strategic and IT projects within the Global Client Care roadmap: define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams, allocate resources, monitor progress against milestones, mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • Design, implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives—identifying quick wins and longer-term process optimisations to increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Monitor and challenge regional performance through KPI analysis (e.g. NPS, lead time to repair, repair productivity) and convert findings into actionable improvement plans.
  • Coordinate budget processes with regional stakeholders, consolidate P&L, track project expenses and ensure monthly financial follow-up with finance.
  • Prepare clear, executive‑level communications and presentations to update stakeholders and senior management on project status, risks and benefits realization.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in supply chain, business administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' demonstrable experience in project management, preferably within client care, after‑sales operations or retail service environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across IT, Retail, E‑commerce, CRM, Finance and Product teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to simplify and present complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset with structured problem‑solving and priority management capabilities.
  • Resilience under tight deadlines and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach to operational challenges.
