RIMOWA (Paris) seeks a Project & Performance Intern to support Client Care projects, KPI monitoring and reporting. Six-month internship starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support project managers in defining and synthesizing business requirements across regions and stakeholder groups (IT, retail, repair workshops).
- Test and validate new tools and processes; prepare and deliver regional training for rollouts.
- Manage hypercare and post-launch follow-up to ensure compliance with operating procedures.
- Monitor weekly KPIs, challenge and support regions to meet targets (lead time, productivity) and contribute to monthly reporting.
- Control spare-parts consumption and assist with stock management across stores and repair workshops; contribute to monthly budget consolidation and repair-cost reduction efforts.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (enrolled or recent graduate) in business, operations, logistics, or related field.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages not required but appreciated.
- Available for a full-time, six-month internship starting July 2026.
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to distil complex topics into clear, actionable messages for varied audiences.
